I'm an Occupational Psychologist and founder of Etimes2. For more than 25 years, I've worked with leaders and organisations to develop the skills and behaviours that help people lead effectively.
I developed the Resilient Leader framework from that work and from a simple observation: leadership becomes much more difficult when we're under pressure, dealing with uncertainty or when things simply aren't going to plan.
My Leadership Labs are practical and highly interactive. We'll work with real situations, explore the psychology behind our responses and identify practical ways to respond more effectively.

Who want to remain effective when emotions are running high.

Who regularly deal with pressure, difficult conversations, uncertainty or competing demands.

Who recognise that how they respond when things get difficult affects the people around them.
“You created a positive and supportive learning environment; delivery was clear, structured and engaging and included group discussion, practical exercises, reflection and real-life examples .”

“Delivery was easy-going, accommodating and interactive; you settled nerves naturally, created psychological safety, and gave clear, constructive guidance.”

“Compassionate, informed, approachable, patient and steady; makes complex concepts practical; feedback feels like “an invitation to grow”.”

Emotional Stability is the ability to manage your emotional response when things become difficult, frustrating or uncertain. It isn't about suppressing emotion. It's about being able to think clearly and choose how you respond.
No. Strong emotions are a normal part of working life. The aim isn't to eliminate them, but to recognise what is happening and manage your response so that emotion doesn't take over your thinking, decisions or behaviour.
No. The Lab is particularly relevant for leaders and managers because their emotional responses can influence the people around them, but it is equally useful for professionals and business owners who want to respond more effectively when situations become difficult.
This is an interactive Leadership Lab rather than a webinar. There will be short inputs from me, practical exercises, discussion and opportunities to apply the ideas to situations you experience in your own working life.
No. You decide what you are comfortable discussing. You'll have opportunities to reflect on your own situations and learn from the discussion without having to share anything you would prefer to keep private.
